Mô tả công việc :
- Identify training needs within the entire sale staff base, including training requirements for adapting new changes/conditions from sales management team.
- Liaise with Sales Director, Regional Head or Account Head to identify & evaluate training needs, requirements on training related matters and recommend training interventions, create appropriate training modules and deliver the training programs to strengthen the quality sales management team.
- Develop and maintain personal development plan for all trainers and sales management team
- Implement, advise on, supervise and monitor progress made via training program
- Ensure sales management team apply and improve their performance
- Assess training programs
- CtC, Rehearsal & Certify training program to trainers and sales management team

Minimum Job Requirements:
- University Degree, MBA is preferable
- Min 3-5 year experience in training or coaching, life insurance, banking
- MS Office
- English fluent in both written and spoken will be preferable

- Coaching- oriented
