Mô tả công việc :

• Overall responsibility for the Sales and Business Development activities in Air/Ocean freight, Trucking, Customs Brokerage and value added service. Work closely with respective HQ office in developing and control Sales & BD activities, Sales Budget/Target
• To be responsible for Sales target & turnover for Air & Sea freight, and Logistics
• To build up, monitor & coach the Sales & BD team to expand their territories & capabilities
• To help establish and direct the development and implementation of short & long term business plans for the company and to oversea preparation of divisional sales budgets in support of these plans;
• To anticipate and effectively deal with and inform the General Manager about market and customer trends that could enhance the organization’s opportunities or adversely impact business results;
• To travel in the region and inter-continental as and when required;
• To identify new business opportunities, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting, preferably with own customer’s profile
• To prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, marketing materials and monitoring sales lead and responses
• To procure a competitive rate with shipping line and/or coloader
• To develop & maintain relationship with existing & potential customers
• To provide leadership, direction in business development and coordinating in developing various functional departments in developing new logistics business
• To design and implement a strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the regional & corporate objectives
• To prepare desired report and presentation for meeting either old/new customer when required
• Any others additional task and duties as required by the General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduate
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent in communication and presentation skill
• At least 5 years of sales/ business development/ experience in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain.
• Able to achieve sales target for the company
• Able to bring existing customer list to the company
• Able to develop new clients and further business from company existing customers
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints
• Teamwork spirit and co-operation skills
