A. Location: Ho Chi Minh city
B. Responsibilities:
1. Main Purpose
Manage and lead the execution and implementation of the projects under SPVB business transformation agenda
Facilitate SPVB leadership team decisions on transformation priorities and solutions
Manage a milestone-based achievement dashboard and develop best-in-class program management methods and tools.
2. Accountabilities
Design and provide inputs related to Business Transformation (BT) activities for technical infrastructure and architect set up (architect set up = design of systems)
Lead the work stream with Business Process Owners and implementation partner to deliver the project milestones and objectives
Coordinate with IT experts (Suntory Business System Asia) to implement the SAP ERP under the SBFA standard framework and practice adoption.
Monitor the progress and of data migration from current ERP system to the new SAP in collaboration with Master data lead.
Collaborate with local IT infrastructure and region team for migrating new servers
Timely escalate and proactively propose solutions for changes that may impact the design and overall project progress
Track the project milestones and lead the communication with SPVB leadership team about the financial benefits realization.
Lead to resolve tough cross-functional issues to realize initiatives impact; highlight key successes and any challenges that need their intervention
Ensure smooth business flow, business activities and be able to collaborate well between BT team & IT team
Collaborate with change agents to support on change management and communication agenda

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions with BPO and as a team lead or Project Manager for SAP implementations
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Ability to conduct the training for users and effectively communicate with internal BPO, implementation partner and region IT
Soft skills:
