Reporting To: General Director (General Manager)
Position Summary:
- Overall in-charge and accountable for the financial affairs of the hospital. Monitor the financial viability of the hospital by establishing appropriate financial plans and budgets.
- Ensure that the financial affairs of the hospital are carried out in accordance with the organization goals and policies.
- Strong accounting & finance background with solid 4 years+ working experience or public accounting audit senior/equivalent level with good analytical, management, people and communications skills.
- Good business working English level.
- Well versed in Microsoft office
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Hand on supervising and managing accounting system and records to ensure conformances with general accepted accounting (both local and international) standards and company policies and SOP;
2. Well versed on both front and back office accounting application with key functions and modules analyzing data, census, and contributions margin;
3. Other tasks include cash management, collections of accounts, inventory management, pricings, contribution margins, inter- company transactions and pricing, group reporting for consolidation purposes as required, forex regulations, foreign loans approval and registrations, and other related matters;
4. Tax compliance and reporting;
5. Effectively handling tax audit or finalization and annual external audit, and any related or similar duties;
6. KPI for staff development and training and assessment;
7. Any other related or as requests from BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Relevant Degree - ACCA
- Certified Public Accountant
- Master in Finance/Accounting
Special Demands:
- Appropriate finance and accounting experience in a managerial capacity.
