Mô tả công việc :

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the day to day finance and accounting activities including but not limited to:
• Bookkeeping
• Review and approve payment request
• Approve payment in E-Banking
• Monitor, manage and update the daily cash flow forecast
• Monitor, follow up and update the AR collection status
• Others ad-hoc task as assigned by the management
2. Perform monthly accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts, prepare balance sheet schedule and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary
3. Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, analysis and etc
4. Support the headquarter accounting team and regional accounting manager on accounting/ finance/audit/tax matters, including but not limited to preparation and review the accounting entries according to Vietnam Accounting Standard, timely filling for CIT, withholding tax, VAT, year-end audit and etc
5. Assisting the local DM/DY to review the job profit on weekly and monthly basis.
6. To ensure the aged OPEN PO and other required KPIs are met as per request.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications:
- At least University graduation – Major: Finance & Accounting, Certified accountant is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good excel skills
- At least 6 working year experience as Chef or General Accountant.
