Mô tả công việc :

* Manage 2 teams: Online collection & Field collection
- Build up process for Collection team;
- General control collection activities;
- Handle complaint from customers regarding Collection issues;
- Follow up and improve the Quality of Collection Call Center;
- Cooperate with Risk Control to improve service as well as Collections result;
- Cooperate with Customer Service to improve the Quality of service and in needed campaign;
- Others task assigned by Director.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University, college degree or higher qualification;
- At least 05 years experience in Debt Collection field;
- At least 02 years experience in the position of Team Leader/Manager at equivalent level;
- Understanding products, consumer finance services, debt recovery operations;
- Analysis and planning skills;
- Human resource management skills;
- Willing to learn, willing to devote and work at start up company
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, orientation on the results and outputs;
- Excellent time management and ability to work under preasure
