* Job Description:
- Apply an energetic, intelligent, entrepreneurial, and proactive approach to satisfy customer’s needs completely
- Manage relationship with owners by responding to suggestions and complaints.
- Oversee and Handle all inquiries as well as complaints from customers after thoroughly understanding their needs. Achieve superior ratings from Customers.
- Be available to meet customers on a regular basis and create relationships
- Analyze and negotiate customer’s needs and make recommendations, strategic plans, ensuring that plans meet the customer standards, policies, goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (especially Sales & Marketing team) as appropriate to manage contract / lease due diligence process necessary to complete transactions and to have an insight of customer’s needs and behaviors.
- Manage a customer service team of 2-3 individuals.
- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Other duties as assigned from line manager and Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc :
* Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years minimum of experience in customer service in hotels and real estate and related business experience in connection with hospitality or customer service.
- Must be able to handle complaints and find friendly resolutions with customer disputes.
- Drive for results - A proven ability to meet targeted goals and objectives, bottom line oriented, push self and others for results.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity – can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture, can comfortably handle problems and uncertainty.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, make effective business decisions and active problem-solving.
- PC Proficiency to include but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access, browser based applications and some light website maintenance.
- Must be proficient in Vietnamese and English
