Customer Service is crucial to our business.
The role is an interesting and challenging opportunity for those who are finding happiness to add values to others.
The position opens for more senior candidates who are dedicated in customer service function, had proven ability to deal with orders and problem solving, possess positive service mindset with a clear communication.
The right candidate will enjoy working with premium imported food products, and be part of a growing food company in Vietnam. The right person is solution oriented and enjoys working in a challenging environment.
Work will not be limited to desk duties. The role will participate in monthly stock takes, customer AR receivable follow ups, and logistics work between our warehouses.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Handle sales (in-bound & out-bound calls, emails, messages)
Receive, handle and follow-up incoming orders and customer inquiries
Synchronize & cooperate with Warehouse manager
Follow-up deliveries and make sure proper procedures are respected
Arrange distribution in conjunction with warehouse team
Keep updated with product arrivals
Handle claims and complaints with accurate measures
Follows customer accounts, receivables and keep good customer administration
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Comfortable with MS Office and ERP system. Knowledge of Exact is an advantage
Previous work with warehousing and logistics is positive
Vietnamese and English required ( English strong written and spoken)
Be able to work in and out of cold rooms, and carry up to 20kg
