Mô tả công việc :
1. Supervise and coach the team to:
• Facilitate student enrolment
• Provide student services throughout their courses
• Co-ordinate with Academic team to monitor students’ progress and communicate with customers throughout their courses
• Handle customers’ enquiries, feedback & claims
2. Be responsible for his/her own customer service targets
3. Co-ordinate with and supporting other teams (School’s Education Consultants, Academic)
4. Co-ordinate with PR & Marketing team to organize activities for students at centre
5. Support all local marketing events at centre
6. Other tasks required by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- At least 02 years working experience in foreign company and in service product
- Prefer working experience in an educational organisation
- University graduated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (Upper - intermediate level)
- Management skills
- Team building and Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Well-organised and detail management
