Quyền hạn &Trách nhiệm (Authority &Responsibility)
- Coordinates Product documentation and implementation with Sales and production. Support for improvement of databases for production processes, costs and product drawings. Supports product costing for existing and new parts between production and/or sales.
- Co-ordinate information between Engineering and Production. Contact outside vendors for department requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and document product databases.
- Participate in root cause analysis, solution development and implementation
- Review and participate in design development
- Participate in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
- Review Customer RFQ ( Engineering portion ) and come up with good understanding and proposal for design and manufacturing.
- Customer Interface for engineering agena and maintain countinuous survey of the market trend in technology.
- Good understanding in APQP.
- Solid engineering background with dimensioning and GD&T.
- Understanding in material and manufacturing process related to metal products.
- Lead design engineers to make flawless engineering drawings.
- Identify the process adequately from design stage.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm yêu cầu / Requiered Skills, Working Experience Requirements
- Experience/Skills: Bilingual communication – ability to speak, read and write English and Vietnamese. Five years’ engineering related experience. Excellent skills in computer science , mathematics and problem solving. Practical knowledge in machining, SPC, designing and detailed CAD , metals and heat treatment. Management skills, interpersonal communication, verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in writing.
- Have practical experience and knowledge in Gauge.
- Have systemic understanding of APQP.
- Have knowledge in MSA, SPC.PPAP.
- Proven skills and abilities in leadership, planning, manufacturing systems and processes, continuous improvement in manufacturing techniques, employee development strategies as well as functional problem analysis and resolution. Strong customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal communication skills as a must.
- Education/Training: Graduate from University of Mechanics.
