Our client is one of the biggest trading companies in Japan. Due to the quick expansion of its business, the Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager for its operation. The recruited person will be in charge of, but not limit to, the followings:
- Management of Accounting/Finance
- Performance of core function in Accounting/Taxation
- Monitor and support Business unit in finance, cash management, trade finance, forex hedging management and bank negotiation
- Review monthly / quarterly financial report with analysis and presentation
- Review Budget and monthly forecast update and support management to achieve the companys target (ROA, ROE, etc.)
- Process internal authorization related to any Accounting / Finance
- Implementation of strategic and operational policies, financial plan or projects
- Development of staff.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 10 years in management position
- Strong Accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax and Finance knowledge with CPA certificate
- Strong knowledge of financial derivatives (FX, Interest Rate Swap, etc.)
- Work experience in Big 4 Auditing firm or global/foreign companies
- Fluent English with equivalent to TOEIC score over 800
- Knowledge in ERP system is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stress, being proactive and taking initiative at work in a stretched environment.
