Nutrispices has been operating since 2011 in Viet Nam in the field of import and distribution of animal feed and food ingredients. We have seen a strong development in the past years and are looking at exapnding our team.
This job of “finance and administrative manager” contributes to the company by being in charge of the recording, monitoring, optimization and reporting of the company financial flows and by making sure those operations are compliant with the Vietnamese regulation. Furthermore, the finance and administrative manager will be leading the company accountants and will be involved in the company general management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all financial operations are recording into our accounting system in a compliant way.
• Be in charge of management report (monthly P&L and BS) at local level, reporting the necessary information to group level and issuing tax reports.
• Be in charge of payroll and social security payments.
• Be in charge of optimizing the use of our financial resources and be the point of contact with the banks.
• Be in charge of the well implementation of internal audit process as well as the main contact for yearly audit and tax audit.
• Being in charge of several human resources process (drafting employment contract, holidays planning,…)

Yêu cầu công việc :

• 5-10 years working experience in financial and administrative position, preferably in the field of international trade.
• Certified as Chief Accountant.
• Familiar in tax reporting to local authorities.
• Being familiar with reporting to holding company would be a plus.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese (speaking and writing)
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
