Mô tả công việc :

1 Manage the operations of cutting department.
2 Implement the procedures and any improvements of designated unit.
3 Ensure readiness of cut panels as per master production schedule for production with achievement of targeted efficiency, quality.
4 Provide operational instruction to subordinates for new cutting order.
5 Problem solving in cutting related issues.
6 Uphold the maintenance schedule of all machine and equipment in cutting department.

Yêu cầu công việc :

University graduate, preferably in garment field.
Over 10 years experience in cutting, of which 5 year in manager level for factory size over 5,000 workers.
Knowledge of sewing and marker.
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint.
Strong analytical skills.
Planning & organizing skills.
Communication.
Negotiation.
Decision Making.
Can work in industrial zone, around 40 ~ 60km from Hanoi city
