MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Planning/warehouse/shipping
 Order long term/short tern planning
 Capacity planning
 Material keeping and inventory control
 Ensure import/export operations are complied with the law and regulations
 Ensure delivery on times
2. Production/engineering/product development/compliance (in house operations)
 Set up lean manufacturing system and maintain operations properly
 Ensure procedures are followed throughout the production process and met quality standards
 Manage the production orders as required
 Manage the development of samples as required
 Manage the maintenance of the facility and all equipments
 Advise and lead for continuous improvement team
 Control production operations costing within approval budget.
 Ensure ISO procedures are followed throughout the organization and
 Ensure factory operate accordingly the Viet Nam law and code o conduct that require from
customer
3. Outsourcing development
 Make strategy and planning for outsourcing operations
 Select and conduct factory audit to qualify for loading orders
 Follow order status
 Support technical for sub-contracting factories
4. Budgeting
 Make and summit operating budget for approval
 Ensure factory operate accordingly budget approval
5. Personnel supervision and effective communication
- Budgeting, recruitment and training people
- Oversee hiring, termination and build up the team
- Lead the meeting for effective communication and resolve problem

Yêu cầu công việc :

 Strong understanding of Functional Garment production process: patterns, fabrics, sewing techniques, seam sealing, bonding, laser cut operations, etc.
 Strong problem solver/decision maker, ability to take a well-ordered approach to solving problems and acting despite obstacles, resistance or ambiguity
 Able to apply knowledge of quality standards in the Functional Apparel manufacturing business.
 Knowledge of engineering concepts, Machinery and Equipment when manufacturing our product-Functional apparel; production standards and efficiency optimization tools; process oriented
 At least 5 years of experience in a Garment Manufacturing Environment- as Production Manager, Operations Manager or Plant Quality Assurance Manager
 Fluent or Good in English, Vietnamese
