Mô tả công việc :

1. Job Title: GENERAL MANAGER
2. Department: Head Office
3. Reports To: General Director
4. Job Purpose: Develop Speak Up business in Vietnam, and to achieve the agreed target revenue and profit.
5. Working Relationships:
Internal: Staff
External: Customers and Partners
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all aspects of the business in HCM, Hanoi, and other cities in Vietnam.
- Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
- Improve sales & marketing strategies
- Improve the service level and the academic quality of our program so that our students can reach the outcome we promised
- Develop and implement business plans based on short-term and long-term goals to achieve the objectives of the Company
- Responsible for reaching the agreed revenue and profit target
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of managers and provide additional coaching and support as needed
- Train managerial staff so they can reach their optimal performance
- Develop staff to their maximum potential
- Strengthen each department by hiring and mentoring new talents
- Set KPIs and introduce incentives for staff so they will perform at their best
- Monitor the performance of each department and devise plans for improvement

Yêu cầu công việc :

6. Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related fields is preferred
7. Experience, Skills and Competences
- At least 3 years of experience working as a CEO or General Manager
- Must have experience in education field
- At least 3 years managerial experience in English learning businesses is preferred
- Able to manage Academic, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Departments
- Strong in leadership, management, decision-making, problem-solving, data analysis, budgeting & finance
- Excellent in training, team building, communication and coaching skills
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English
Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and other popular office and management software
8. Other Requirements
- Proven result in managing education business
- Age: 35-45
- Willing to work hard and travel
- Willing to commit 100% and long term for the Company
