Mô tả công việc :

a) HR duties
 Create job descriptions and monitor all the recruitment process for new employees.
 Maintain employment contracts and personnel files including leaves.
 In charge of Payroll, PIT Tax and Insurance.
 Social Security management ensuring compliance.
 Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees.
 Translation of HR documents to English whenever necessary.
 Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs and requirements from the government.
 Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
 Write and deliver presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices.
 Train supervisors/team leader on how to explain the company policies to their team
 Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions (WS Operators).
 Conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals (WS Operators).
 Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance payment plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
 Coordinates with management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review.
 Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
 Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
 Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
 Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
 Administers benefits programs such as health check, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
 Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
 Provide support/consultancy to HR Director on the local HR practices/policies/regulations etc.
b) Assistance to MD and Plant Manager
 Assistance in dealings with Vietnamese companies (contractors, suppliers, utilities companies and other parties related to the daily operations of Relats Vietnam).
 Arrange appointments whenever necessary and assistance in translation to English if necessary.
 Assist MD to maintain a good relationship with Quang Nam authorities. Set-up meetings whenever necessary and assist in all the communications with them.
 Manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements in Vietnam.
 Assistance in dealing with our company law firm (Pham Associates) in all the legal issues we may need to ask them for help.
c) Assistance to other Relats personnel
 Assistance to other Relats employees that may travel to Vietnam on temporary assignments (especially during the factory set-up and after that).
 Assistance to future Plant Manager (expatriate) that will come to work to Vietnam.
 Assistance to get a smooth relocation of future Plant Manager in Vietnam.
d) Administrative duties
 In charge of all the administrative activities of the company developing procedures to ensure a productive and efficient office operation.
 Set-up a proper filing system for all the HR and administrative documents in the company considering local regulations.
 Dealing with the company suppliers in relation to the company operations such as lease, insurances, taxi and travel agent services (for staff trips).
 Translation of other documents from Vietnamese to English whenever necessary (official documents).
e) Other duties
 Other duties assigned by Managing Director and Plant Manager.

Working place: Dien Nam Dien Ngoc Industrial zone
Working schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm
1 hour lunch break (from noon to 1pm)
