Mô tả công việc :

• Responsible for recruitment including interviewing via phone, face to face, job fair.
• Responsible for training new sales team according to provided training manual.
• Labour contract related matters.
• Employee Relation.
• Other HR function assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
• Minimum 01-02 years experiences in HR, recruitment, prefers experience working with sales team.
• Prefer candidates worked for MNCs.
• Understanding Vietnamese Labour Law.
