JOB SUMMARY:
• The Junior Planner is responsible for providing the foundations required to develop the communication strategy for advertising campaigns. This includes targeting the right audience, as well as setting the tone and message of the campaign.
• The Junior Planner is also responsible for finding current trends, creating a pool of category and consumer data to enable the planning and eventually the creative team to produce innovative ideas that will reach consumers.
• The Junior Planner will be involved in working across departments internally and will need to support in fulfilling the needs for each one.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicates with colleagues within the agency, such as creative and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign;
• Gains a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the clients product and market share;
• Continuously looking out for and identifying relevant trends across various demographics that can have value for existing and new clients
• Runs research groups;
• Finds an angle on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign;
• Researches the product or service to be advertised, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge;
• Presents conclusions and ideas to planning team and other agency staff;
• Analyzes and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / PR / Marketing / Communications
• Qualitative research skills
• Excellent communication skill
• English fluency
