our responsibilities will cover:
• Develop, promote & apply innovative ways of selling aviation trainings in South East Asia & Middle east market;
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and possible clients;
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
• Negotiations with partners and other training centers worldwide;
• Finding solutions with clients, partners and team members all over the world;

Yêu cầu công việc :
• Experience in dealing with international teams and clients;
• Knows how to manage several complex projects at once;
• Experience in strategic planning, business processing and change management;
• Ability to offer at least one more option when plan A is not working;
• Drive to learn every day;
• Fluency in English.
