Mô tả công việc :

1. Set up logistics policies, organization of the team matching with current business company status with the most efficient & effective operation;
2. Develop cost strategies without conflicting among customers, vendor, and profit;
3. Monitor, report on transportation costs, managing the transportation functions;
4. Research, suggest cost – effective customs procedures and trucking methods;
5. Make a report relating to activities of department such as: results, analysis, and advice,…or on potential issues and recommend remedial actions;
6. Ensure all problems incurred during logistics progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by BOD
Working Location: 02 Huỳnh Văn Bánh, P. 11, Q. Phú Nhuận, Tp. HCM

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduated above college in the same field
- Experience: 3 – 5 years
- Experience in trucking & customs operation knowledge
- Deep knowledge in Vietnam Customs and Trucking process
- Good at MS office, MS outlook
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
- Dynamic, hard working, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
- Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking
