JOB PURPOSE:
Scope:
- Take in charge manufacturing excellence for Vietnam site
- Monitor the level of site performance by monitoring and reporting the main KPIs
- Training, coaching and support autonomous production unit/team members to deploy SMS tool/standards, best practices.
- Organize Kaizen workshop, rewarding system.
- Manage all database, system of Manufacturing excellence
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor the level of site performance by monitoring and reporting the main KPIs
- Improve the site performance by SMS and CHC best pratice implementation
- Manage the performance of site (3P, KPIs, Scorecard, Resource Advisor...)
- Coordinate the means and resources requirement for the optimization of the site performance
- Coordinate and support the Lean implementation activities of site (Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Development Center, Supply chain)
- Lead the Lean steering committee to ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adapt action plans accordingly
- Propose initiatives to implement successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flows related to equipment
- Perform site capacity analysis for Long Range Plan and budget preparations, in collaboration with the other functions
- Contribute to the prioritization of site projects
- Manage and follow up database, update ME systems
- Involve to define investment list base on capacity analysis
- Responsible for working with department managers in identifying areas for process improvement events, establishing objectives for each project and selecting cross-functional team members and leaders. Coordinate each project/event phase and ensure that participants and stakeholders have the tools and resources they need, necessary information, and guidance to enable them to fully engage in the process and maximize the potential outcome of each project.
- Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement events using methods of culture-appropriate team building, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management
- Develop and implement an action plan for tracking, analyzing and reporting process improvement initiatives. Monitor the progress of projects, including ongoing status reviews. Ensure that the database is current relative to process improvement activities.
- Seeks and evaluates process improvement and Lean information, materials, and methods to match specific organizational needs as outlined by management, and adapts them to use in the execution of process improvement workshops.
- Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education: - At least University level of Industrial management or Information technology
Related experience:
- At least 3 years working in production management/ continuous improvement
- Management and leadership
- Project management.
- Have been working in Lean/Manufacturing excellence preferable.
