Mô tả công việc :

Maintain.
1 Build up and maintain local buying agents in Indochina (Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, China) and other provinces
2 Search market price of pepper in local and oversea, advice BOD reasonable price in each period.
3 Survey pepper capacity in each province, oversea, give out advice to BOD plan for stock.
4 Check pepper commodities apps to buy pepper, spice
5 Build up stock plan based on production plan - business chance, control budget of stock.
6 Buying pepper enough for production planning - business chance.
7 Other work from BOD.
Improvement.
1 Build and develop system to control stock.
2 Develop and manage strategy to peppers quality control system
3 Build up professional system for all related activities.
4 Specify and obviate inappropriate actions.
5 Control and solve relevant department s complaint, suppliers complaint
6 Evaluate and motivate staff.
Educate people.
1 Training staff to ensure staffs career development.
Relationship.
1 Report directly to General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education.
BA/MBA in Agronomic, Finance, economic….
Experience, Knowledge and Expertise.
Good understanding in Pepper market (local and oversea)
Ability to use applications to check pepper commodities apps to buy pepper, spice
Good knowledge of checking pepper quality.
Good relationship with local buying agent in Viet Nam and Oversea).
