Mô tả công việc :

- Make plans to develop aesthetic and cosmetic products
- Make conferences and events to introduce , launching products
- Design the materials ,documents ppt flyers content of the product
- Work with product distribution partners, monitor weekly and monthly sales
- Planning gratitude programs for doctors
- Define business plan and provide the right marketing tools and activities to increase awareness
- Drive/execute brand plans and communication tools to educate healthcare professionals on latest updates with support from clinical studies
- Project managements such as new product launches, stakeholder engagement, tender and product listing preparations, initiate and oversee clinical studies and D2D projects
- Develop product marketing strategies/concepts and value proposition, conduct situation analysis, propose strategic choices, programs and activities, develop promotional aids, propose contingency plans, market research, pricing strategy and other parameters to understand and address specific market needs
- Initiate and organize meetings, symposia, medical talks, workshops and training to promote better healthcare services
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, Regional marketing to define requirements for future product groups and market access
- Build planning to find and develop new distributor
- Identify and evaluate new and current business opportunities to reach your target customers & markets
- Sales management from distributor is needed.
- Other tasks from Head of Dept

Yêu cầu công việc :

- A fluent Vietnamese and English speaking/writing included
- A bachelors degree as pharmacist or in related fields.
- At least 2-years of marketing experience for managerial level.
- Experience in surgical products and medical devices and know well about operating system in hospitals.
- Effective negotiation, excellent communication skills, good presentation skills and team player
- Good at MS office
- Highly positive, motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
- Minimal to moderate travels required
