In this position, the Project Manager is responsible for bidding, reviewing, and overseeing all projects pertaining to Accredo Asia. The ideal candidate will be experienced in negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and solving problems. This role will have a high level of interaction with contractors, OEMs, and upper management and will serve as the first line of communication with machine suppliers and their technical departments. Excellent written and verbal communication along with proficient time management is essential. The Project Manager must possess a high level of technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering.
General responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
• Determining standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance of plant machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment.
• Managing the maintenance department in the plant.
• Scheduling, planning, and overseeing projects and maintenance of Accredo assets.
• Establishing and fostering a safety-focused work environment.
• Development and maintaining of relationships with contractors, OEMs, and vendors.
• Assurance that all contractors, OEMs, and suppliers comply with all Accredo standards for safety and work quality.
Desired skills and proficiencies:
• The ability to understand and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with the use of AutoCad to lay out equipment.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Experience using MS Office and MS Project.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with quality results.
