For the Stores chain expansion, we are looking for Project Manager who is in charge of managing the construction execution of one or many projects from the period of project approval till the final period - put in use, coordinate with other departments in term of construction during the exploitation of the works.
* For projects (80%):
Coordination:
- Coordinate with Expansion Department to survey new projects.
- Do survey, take part in the technical meetings with Expansion Department during the negotiation of signing leasing contract.
- Supervise project; monitor management consultant and supervisor consultant, surveying consultant and testing consultant.
- Keep the role of operation and coordinator in working with consultants during the project execution from the design, management, supervision, surveying, …
- Get information and coordinate with other stakeholders within the company in order to well finish the project.
Design control:
- Organize and verify technical documents, consult with the entrepreneurs and the contractors during the technical design period.
- Organize the design control, execution drawing design review and verification.
- Get concerning of design modification from the related departments to work with consultants and contractors, request them to update these modifications.
Organization & management:
- Set up the master project schedule and tender planning
- Verify and evaluate the tender documents submitted by contractors: quality, progress, quantity then send to QS team.
- Take part in the meetings with other departments in order to solve arising problems during the implementation of projects; always inform and coordinate closely with other departments during the works; organize the acceptance and handover of works to Property.
- Manage the quality, quantity, progress and manage the construction expenses, to ensure the environment safety and the hygiene of the projects.
- Inspect the quality of materials, inspect and certify the quality of works.
- Ensure that all technical conditions and infrastructures are already for the Grand Opening at time as planning approved.
- Organize/carry out the projects related to extension or renovation works as requested by project director.
* For existing stores (20%):
Management and supervisor (via consultant or directly)
- Solve technical problems.
- Cooperate with the design department: survey the completion of the tender documents for equipment installation projects and renovation/ extension buildings or reparation works.
- Verify directly the execution of constructors
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree in technology with emphasis on construction, architecture or related majors
- At least 3 years experiences at a management level in construction projects, prefer to the experience of store construction/installation.
- Organization and management of new projects, renovation and extension; managing the works in general and supervising from design to execution
- Good at English skills
