Mô tả công việc :

QA Manager or Assistant QA Manager will responsibility in set up and running a lab studio in QST Viet Nam Factory, lead five team members. Report to QA Manager in Hong Kong
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements.
2. Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audit according to GO/NOGO standard.
3. Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of process from new development, during production and after shipment.
4. Lead & coordinate with related organization for the quality training subjects.
5. Manage & assign the staffs to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment.
6. Other information shall be more detailed during interview.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Solid experience in Lab Testing and Merchandising
• Good communication in English and VN local language (as request close communication with worker )
• Experience in bulk approval (color and hand feel) /color matching.
• Good woven fabric technical experience , with knowledge of knit fabric is an advance
• Good problem solving in daily work and leading team member with advise a good way to work daily
• Experience in fabric inspection
• Experience work with 3rd party lab
• Interlining (include testing ) experience is an advance
• Good fashion/design mind set is an advance ( handle for sample submit for Buyer)
• Willing to learn.
