Mô tả công việc :

1. Manage and control quality specifications and internal specifications of magnet products.
2. Inspect and monitor quality (appearance, dimensions and magnetic properties) of magnet products, and judge if the products can be shipped or not.
3. Prepare analysis samples of magnet products. Check and monitor analysis results given by analysis group.
4. Control non-conformance products not to be shipped out. Investigate root cause of non-conformity and give corrective and preventive actions cooperating with production section.
5. Control and operate Inspection group’s equipment. Manage and control spare parts in process. Make proposal for setting up new equipment and re-arrange within assigned area. Issue PR (Purchase Requisition) of necessary goods.
6. Ensure the operation of Section go smoothly and affectively. Control and maintain utilities and facilities related to process, cooperating with Maintenance section.
7. Suggest improvement about current working. (ex. Procedure, Equipment) Implement new technical method or improvement which are proposed improvement group or BOD.
8. Safety, 5S or security control available or upon request. Control and manage production data in process. (Soft file and hard file)
9. Annual job evaluation, propose award, encourage or discipline bases on the job implement resulting and company regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Graduated technology university;
- At least 1 year of experience working at quality assurance field;
- Good communication skill, high responsibility;
- Fluently in English and Computer skills;
