Mô tả công việc :

- Support sales team in communicating with customers for the consultant,making the quotation and following their inquires.
- Maintain and input sales and admin cost data into internal system.
- Follow and update customer list.
- Prepare, summarize, and generate sales reports for weekly sales meeting and reports
- Handle customer issues and enquiries related to general sales and logistics issues
- Working and negotiating with Agents/Vendors to guarantee cost efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s Degree or college Diploma in a business field such as economics, logistics, supply chain management, operation management.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Logistics fields.Tele Sales experience is advantage.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Good presentation, negotiation skills
- Good command of English and Computer/ office software skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook…)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
-Have good interpersonal, relationship building,customer service and communication skills.
