Mô tả công việc :

• Overall responsibility for technical support of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge
• Understand and communicate customer requirements to Sale Project manager
• Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on commercial customer acquisition and development
• Day by day selling activities i.e identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders
• Designing and specifying products on drawings of projects
• Making proposals to design products from other manufactures’ equipment
• Visiting clients and developing new clients (developer, owner, M&E contractor, designer, consultants, installer, etc.)
• Making relationship with clients especially designer and consultant
• Making Spec-in Project list and sharing to team
• Reporting above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically
• Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Support team in all marketing activities to develop our imagine to all kinds of customer.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Gender: Male
- Age: from 22 to 30
- Qualification: Education Engineering qualification preferably in Air Conditioning and refrigeration or have experience within the HVAC and contracting industry is essential
- Language: English fluent
- Computer skill: office software and relevant software application
- Experience working with Japanese contractors & consultant is advanced
- Good Communication.
- Willing to go business trip.
- Ability to work in team or independently
- Mindset of sales and have the ambition, drive and determination to support this
