Mô tả công việc :

• Develop a sales strategy and plan for designated region to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain and coordinate current sales channels, and try to expand the business in existing and potential market.
• Lead and support the project management, visit the Consultants, Contractors, prepare the offer and related materials, offer the quotes, negotiate with related parts and try to secure the projects.
• Keep good communication with existing and potential customers, understand customer needs and respond with effective actions promptly.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
• Execute the orders as per the delivery schedule & follow up of the payment receivables.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor degree above, major in Electrical Engineering or related
• At least 5 years sales experience in a similar role in industrial control electric product industry,
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Good strategy planning, commercial operation, customer relation shipment knowledge and skills.
