Mô tả công việc :

+ Set up, follow up and make sure that the task plan of the whole sales team (5 members) be effectively executed.
+ Assure that the report of each sales executive be timely prepared/submitted and make an overall summarise/analyse of each member of the sales team.
+ Proceed a daily brief meeting with the sales team to solve questions/problems and give adequate directive to support the sales team during their working with each customer/ situation case workingTh.
+ Make overall weekly report / analysis to the Store Manager.
+ Make regularly the periodic training with the sales team in order to reinforce the sales team efficient skills in introduction, discovery, analysis and customer follow up, strictly in accordance with the selling methology of IXINA network, aiming to assure the high lever service of the company thus reducing the lost cases due to unefficient competences.
+ Research and build up good relationship with partners in the design sectors. Establish a good communication network with other sales peoples from complementory sector
+ Prepare weekly the prospecting plan for each sales member and make sure that the prospecting task be efficiently operated by the sales team
+ Lead the sales team in order to attain with solidarity the target objective.
+ Give practical suggestions/co-ordinations to the marketing department and the Store manager in the set up and implementation of the marketing campaigns.
+ Team leadership with a good team spirit showing a good timing motivation and/or warning to the team in order to build up a good efficient sales team.
+ Capable to create a good motivating working enviroment and a well co-ordinating team spirit for the sales team.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- College diploma or equivalent
- Experience minimum 2 - 3 years in the same position
- Experience in DIRECT RETAIL Sales (B2C) is preferred
- Experience with MS Office application.
- Experience in retail business preferable
- Adaptability & Creativity
- Time management skill – well manage task-organisation skills
- Team leadership skills in order to efficiently manage/follow up the sales team mission and responsability .
- Be responsible and an exemplary leader to the team .
- Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Intermediate in English- capable to communicate/discuss in English.
- Understanding of Sales and retail business or related field
