Mô tả công việc :

- To comply with Logwin regulation about Compliance/ Code of Conduct
- To follow up with overseas offices to obtain the approval to uplift FOB shipments
- To follow up with sales/customer service or the local customer to obtain the approval to uplift Prepaid shipments
- To place the booking with shipping lines or coloader
- To send the booking confirmation to the shipper
- To update the shipping details to the overseas office
- To issue the Bill of Lading and related shipment documents after the cargo was uplifted
- To issue the invoice to the shipper or the overseas office
- To check and book all relevant costs of the shipment into the Operating System
- To perform above and other tasks with the goal of operational excellence and always in compliance with the company rules and regulations
- To maintain a pro-active follow up of all shipments (especially information updates towards the customer/overseas office)
- To have a clear focus on profitability
- To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible
- To establish and maintain a close cooperation with local and overseas colleagues and partners
- To closely focus on the achievement of targets (KPI’s) as set by the organization (continuous improvement)
- To inform the superior immediately in case of problems, concerns or any potential risks
- To handle all claims (first steps of the claim process) as per company claim procedure / guideline.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor Degree – Preferably Foreign Trade or Maritime University
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Experience with at least 04 years working for Global Forwarder in Sea Export Department.
- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working
- Good sense of customer service and team work
- Sense of urgency, able to prioritize
- Ability to deal with high pressure situation
- Nationality: Vietnamese
Location: HCM
