Mô tả công việc :
KEY OUTPUTS:
1. Client services
o Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Division
o Follow up client’s growth & requirements
o Design insurance program matching with client’s requirement
o Negotiate term and conditions with clients
o Keep & develop the relationship with clients
o Conduct Insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
o Arrange risk surveys
o Provide consulting services to clients
o Explore new clients
2. Business Administration:
o Assist supervisors to handle client services
o Prepare and submit the Quotations to clients as per Division’s Guidelines
o Check the policies issued by Business Processing
o Plan client meeting schedules
o Premium Collection
o Guide Marketing (MKT) back staff for daily works
3. Co-ordination with other Divisions:
o Cooperate with Claim staff for claim matters of assigned clients
o Cooperate with Underwriting (UW) division for daily works as well as arising matters related to UW process, survey schedule, fac. Reinsurance arrangement
o Cooperate with Reinsurance Department and Business Processing Department for policy issuance
o Cooperate with IT for report & supporting tool
o Cooperate with Accounting Section for Premium collection
o Cooperate with Legal for compliance issues
4. Reports
o Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Manager
5. Staff Coaching
o Support MKT back staff, MKT executive staff in daily works
Yêu cầu công việc :
QUALIFICATIONS:
o University Graduation.
o English fluency
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
o Strong marketing sense.
o Clearly understand working procedure & flow chart.
o Well know all insurance products and be able to explain to clients their coverage.
o Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high quality service to clients.
o Presentation & negotiation skills
EXPERIENCE:
o Experience in activities of Non-life Insurance is preferred but not a must.
