The Challenge You’ll Be Solving
We are growing at a fast pace and there is more opportunity than we can handle. This is where you come in. For our SEO specialist, we have a two-step process:
1. Lighten the load of the current team
The first step for you is to take ownership of less critical tasks from the team.
This might seem like small impact-projects but it is actually huge. This way you will get time to learn our philosophy of growth and get coaching from a top-tier team.
2. Take ownership of your own customer research, writing online ads and evaluating their performance
Once you’ve proven that you are reliable, can ‘ship’ on time, and follow through on every project, we’ll cut you loose on optimizing our website, keywords and building backlinks.
It’ll be analyzing our current SEO performance at first and you’ll start by working closely with an experienced marketer on our team. You’ll have a lot of autonomy with the SEO experiments and projects that you want to run. We will be looking to you for recommendations on how to generate more high-quality search traffic.
From there, your career growth is up to you.
The faster you get results, the bigger your role gets. It’s up to you how far this goes. As soon as you can handle it, we’ll give you entire campaigns to own. This includes everything from analyzing keyword opportunities to tracking the content performance for each keyword over time. You’ll own your SEO goals and be responsible for finding a way to hit them.
You will learn more in 3 months than you did all of last year
We’re not here to follow mediocre best practices. We want to deeply understand what drives our business forward. How do we persuade people to take action? What are their deepest hopes, dreams, and fears? Which channels and campaigns drive the most value for the business?
The faster we learn, the faster we grow the company. Youll be in the middle of everything and itll be your ideas that help us make it even more effective.
We reach this depth of understanding by operating at a high pace. Our iteration and feedback loops happen FAST. Testing combined with an intense pace means you’ll learn faster than any of your peers.
You will work on projects like
• Getting experience with our brand by doing regular tasks like analyze our current SEO performance, and consumer insights to understand the market.
• Working with current team members and taking responsibility for projects that they need help with.
• Doing research on the most effective way to drive organic search traffic and engage customers.
• Shipping projects and reporting back on their results.

• Someone that’s hungry. You should be itching to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, push yourself beyond your limits, learn quickly, and then find a way to push even further.
• An exceptionally fast learner. We’re not expecting you to have deep experience. But you should be able to consume a ridiculous amount of information to find the key leverage points in a given system. You’ll get bonus points if you have experience with SEO projects in healthcare.
• Detail oriented, nothing ever falls through the cracks with you. The pace is high and you’ll have projects coming at you from a lot of directions. You’ll need to keep track of it all and follow through on every item.
• Scrappy, you always find a way to ship your projects. Before we give you access to resources, you’ll need to prove yourself. The best marketers always find a way even when time and money is tight.
• You take ownership and accountability for everything. Even if a project goes sideways, your first response is always “I take full responsibility. Here’s what I’m doing to fix it.”
• You are a RESPONSIBLE person who takes his/her promises to the hearts
• You are a GO-GETTER: you are unafraid to go beyond roles and titles to get great work done, able to spot what is missing, initiate solutions, and connect people naturally.
• You are PASSIONATE, CURIOUS and OPEN to candid feedback about your performance and seek any constructive real-time points as a great way to grow.
