Mô tả công việc :

- Manage service engineer team: planning, finding, training/coaching, supervising and retaining the necessary performance and productivity
- Training: design and implement technical training timely for Service team
- Maintain a good reputation
- Business Management: Drive and maintain high levels of productivity and also efficiency in turnaround time
- Consistently monitor team performance and review customers’ feedback to identify service gaps to work on bridging solutions.
- Quality Service Standard Management by maintaining relevant GDPMD/ISO procedures, resolve complaints received and recommend preventive or corrective action
- Review and identify continuous improvement programs for the engineering department
- Mentor all new or junior engineers, leading by example and encourage team learning as well as sharing of unique technical experiences.
- Provide training, coaching to all new or junior engineers, leading by example and encourage team learning as well as sharing of unique technical experiences
- Collaborate with sales and engineering managers in reviewing and modifying approach in managing key principals and customers
- Organize client’s inspection trip, contract signing trip, and related documents execution.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or its equivalent to Master’s Degree in Business & Technology preferred
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the medical equipment industry
- Experience in Medical equipment servicing in hospitals a must
- Good experience in Project Management is essential
- Possess proven ability to lead a team of engineers
- Proficient in troubleshooting and providing solutions
