Mô tả công việc :

• Monitoring labor teams, daily work at site
• Carry out detail of interior drawing, details of interior items
• Solving problems arising while working.
• In charge for checking, ordering material, dealing with supplier (deliver material, payment, and installing)
• To maintain a daily detailed of site activities ensuring that any delays are recorded
• Daily site report what quantity of work done
• Inspection with clients, teams
• Be able to promote occupational ability.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Communicated basic English for daily working
• Experience in supervision of internal fit out works
• Have knowledge and experience about interior, wood work
• General experience of site works and supervision from 2-3 years
• AutoCAD skill, understanding drawings
• Hard-working, high sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor or college degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
• All CVs (detail experience) must be presented in English version; Vietnamese versions will not be accepted or shortlisted.
