Report to: Supply Chain Manager
I. Key responsibility
- In order to facilitate an efficient sourcing process, a Sourcing Officer performs many different tasks. Please take a look below core duties and responsibilities.
- Build Relationships with Suppliers
In order to facilitate the sourcing process, Sourcing officer forms relationships with important suppliers in the industry. It’s important that Sourcing Officer maintain relationships with the supplier in order to ensure continual improvement in sourcing.
- Negotiate Deals
Sourcing Officer are responsible for negotiating deals and contracts with suppliers. Negotiating of pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.
- Contracts
The Sourcing Officer must have knowledge about international Commercial contracts, Inco term, and make draft contract included all details of negotiation.
- Understand of Commodities
The Sourcing Officer must have an in-depth knowledge of commodity industry. They have to understand the ins and outs of the commodity to know how to effectively source it, and they also have to have knowledge of all key players and suppliers in the industry.

II. Job Requirement
– University/ College degree of Technical
– Knowledge about CNC machining is a plus
– Minimum 2 years experiences in purchasing
– Having sourcing experience, experience of sourcing in CNC machining is preferable
– Good negotiation skill
– Fair English communication, writing and reading
– Male is preferable
