In the context of a growing competition and slower than anticipated growth, Home Credit Viet Nam aims at expanding operations while containing minimum capital requirements through the investigations of new business models, with primary objective to develop a loan entrustment structure, joint financing structure
The investigation of new business models requiring limited capital requirements are calling for a full time project manager appointment with multiple missions:
Cooperating with legal and GR teams to get license extension to do loan entrustment structure
Develop a complete business model leveraging on that license extension, with full pricing and costing structure
Engage discussions with potential partners
Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress
Beyond this role, multiple career opportunities will be offered

Yêu cầu công việc :

The Special Project Manager mission will be to:
Define and execute the roadmap for the implementation of many potential new funding structures such as Entrustment Structure, a Joint Financing Structure (JFS). Tentative roadmap attached
Support GR and Legal teams in HCVN license extension
Define the offering to potential partners with Product & Marketing, Sales and CRM teams with associated costing
Define and build the Operating Model including interfaces processes between partner(s) and HCVN with focus on IT interfaces, R&C risk sharing and accounting flows
Identify and initiate discussions with potential partners
Finalize and follow-up the Entrustment, JFS model implementation in infancy stages and supporting the activity ramp-up
Propose to CFO any new initiative applicable scheme for Treasury development
