Mô tả công việc :

Support analyzing business and system/user requirement related to Claims (new products, projects and enhancement), and prepare service requests and submit it to IT.
2. Perform UAT (user acceptance test) and work with IT to assure new enhancement/services checking in system timely and
functionally.
3. Prepare user/system guide and inform/keep Claims users updated of system change; design and send reports as requested Manager
4. Support for receive claim documents and input data on system as assigned by Manager
5. Join Product specification design at system side, perform UAT on new enhancement related to new product
6. Other tasks are assigned by Department Head such as responsibilities on daily/weekly/monthly reviewing/settling the Bridger Name Match Reports for Claims Department according to the Company’s AML/ ATF Policy. Such review work should be signed off at completion to provide properly documentation of work done. All exceptions and questionable items must be reported to the proper level of management on a timely basis.

University Degree
PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
Reports & System (IT)/Insurance Business
COMPETENCIES
Honesty, carefulness, hard working, be able to work under high pressure
EXPERIENCE
At least 2-year experience in Life Insurance is preferred
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
MS Office, MS Access (preferred), Reports
