Mô tả công việc :

- A call center Supervisor is responsible for handling the daily operations of a call center and ensure its smooth running:
1. Handle the complaints from Client. Co-ordinate inter department to resolve root cause of complaints
2. Develop and implement Client care programs to increase Client satisfactory and loyalty
Update and transparent special knowledge to team members by learning, training, coaching and monitoring
- Supervise the daily operations of team and assisting the team by performing the tasks with them
- Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the client care
- Making monthly report and raise idea to enhance Client care program

Yêu cầu công việc :

Service oriented mindset
Master in special knowledge
Strong problem solving and complaint handling skill
Making decision skill
Good writing in Vietnamese
Coaching and training capability
Good command of PC skill (Excel, Word, Access), team working, English (speaking and writing)
- University graduate
- Female/Male
- At least 2 years at similar position of client service management in financial services, Complaint Handling/Client Care experience is preferred.
