We are on the search for a Talent & HR Manager who has knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting and understanding of all the disciplines of human resources like training, regulations, compensation and benefits and employee relations. We value the outside the box thinker who will lead the vision in developing the strategic direction of the workforce.
What you will develop and take ownership of:
● Designing and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
● Designing the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
● Establishing the market best practices in recruitment and staffing
● Managing the recruitment budget
● Setting the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
● Conducting job interviews for key strategic hires
● Preparing labor contracts, implementing any document for increasing salary (if any) and ensuring them are stored in the document store. Handling the labor contract renewal process
● Social insurance: Implementing and updating any changing in the number of employees and salary with the insurance department via online submission and hard paper submission. Responding for preparing the claim forms for our employees to get the social insurance reimbursement and working with insurance department if needed.
● Working with labor department for the labor reports
● Monitoring the labor legislation and implementing required changes to keep the process compliant
● Controlling and processing the employee’s benefits
● Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment and Compensation & Benefit topics
● Working knowledge of HR procedure & Vietnam labour law
