Mô tả công việc :

1. Ensure effectiveness of marketing plans:
- Deliver effective execution of trade marketing plans nationwide through coordination with peers
- Coordinate with Brand to develop and sustain the brand across channels and location and propose the strategy and execution of ATL and BTL for product in charge.
- Ensure a smooth supply of POSM to sales force and manage the efficiency of POSM usage.
- Closely monitor and feedback on all marketing programs and competitor activities (data management)
- Take responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and sales in all the channels.
- Assist General Director in defining channel strategy for sustainable trade leadership.
2. Push initiatives:
- Propose expansion plan across the country and different channels
- Develop push initiatives to maximize products availability and visibility, including consumer and trade campaigns, display programs.
- Organize trade marketing activities, roadshows, trade promotions to push sales and improve the mix
- Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
-Support key accounts in developing customers in different channels.
3. Others
- Budget Management, responsibility and control
- Supplier selection according to corporate standard and rules
- Provide coaching/ training to sales team through coordination with peers to ensure effective execution of all Pull/Push initiatives for all products in charge.
- Other duties as and when assigned by Head of Retails & HORECA.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree, major in Marketing, business administration or foreign trade preferable
- Minimum 5-year experience with at least 1 years at (Assistant) Trade Marketing Manager position in a medium or large FMCG company, preferably with cross functional appreciation
- Good understanding of local market and consumer’s behavior/ insights

Quyền lợi được hưởng :

- base on KPI and Yearly revenue ( 2 - 6 months gross salary)
