Mô tả công việc :
• Main purpose:
- Build and frequent update training curriculum for Basic Training Programs, Products
- Design the compulsory training program for each of business partner title
- Deliver training program to business partners
- Build and delivery leadership training program for each of business partner titles
- Build and frequently update training material.
- Work with other department (Business partner, Marketing & Communication Department, Finance Department, Relevant - Government bureaus/agencies, Human Resource Department, Information Service Division) to well conduct workflow
• Responsibility area:
- Build and frequently update training curriculum program including products, soft skills
- Conduct training program for products, leadership skills, other….
- Track and inspect the compulsory training roadmap of business leaders
- Conduct product experience programs, business partner events, …
- Conduct the other assignment from line manager

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education and Experience
- Diploma of university degree or higher, major in Administration/Management preferred;
- 2-5 years professional experience in training department of direct selling enterprises or in training and management department of the other enterprises.
• Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competencies (if any)
- Good in business acumen;
- Strong in planning and execution
- Good in focus on customer
- Best in collaboration & team work
