Line Manager: Policy Management Deputy Manager
Department: Policy Management Unit - Operation Department
Working location: Head Office
Job purpose
Ensuring to finish all requirements of customers for policy alteration/adjustment and premium refund quickly and correctly; Supervise effectively daily operations of policy servicing to provide quality and timely service to, system improvement and projects implementation.
Key tasks
1. Ensure the response to Clients’ requests are accurate and in timely manner.
2. Supevise and take control on work quality of all team member to ensure all transactions are handled upon SLA and get highest productivity.
3. Participates actively in projects, new product launching plan, system enhancement job and monitors its implementation in line with company’s schedule
4. Complete assigned tasks.
Major Accountabilities
1. Receive and handle transactions related to premium refund, suspense management and policy changes accurately and timely manner.
2. Supervise all daily activities and initial endorsement letters sending to customer
3. Receive and handle benefit settlement process.
4. Participate in drafting processes, guidelines and correspondence.
5. Coordinates with IT & other department on preparing URS and performing UAT for system changes or enhancements.
6. Support Policy Management Deputy Manager in reviewing regularly the control procedure, make recommendation to change when necessary and update operation manual.
7. Conduct training courses to different channels on policy administrative rules and guidelines
8. Prepares monthly policymanagement reports as required.
9. Handle all queries and complaints relating to policy servicing
10. Do back-up tasks for Policy Management Deputy Manager during her leaves and absent
11. Other tasks as assigned.
