* To execute the plans and programs laid out in the project plan that supports the project contract
* Manage the pre-agreed project plan, achieve the project time scale
* To adopt/ implement project plan standard industrial engineering work practices into the project
* GSD work measurement techniques
* Standard operation method development
* Standard process installation
* Establish standard minute values
* Utilize industrial engineering techniques to improve and establish validated operation/ process improvement
* Achieve pre-agreed targets
Ensure improvements are sustainable
* Train local teams in basic work study practices
* Work measurement techniques
* Method study - steps and focus
* Problem resolution
* Line balancing - planning/ practical execution
* performance improvement techniques
* Optimal layouts
* Efficiency/ performance standard calculations
* Effective production planning
* Managing inventory
* Maintaining workflow

* To ensure the foundations are installed to assure sustainability

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirement
- Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in management consulting, manufacturing operations and processes
- Knowledge of garment industry
- Must be able to work independently and effectively with all levels in a multicultural and multinational setting
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Flexibility in travel schedule
