Job Description
Our team looks at Working Capital improvement projects in the private sector across Payables, Receivables and Inventory processes.
We work closely with our clients to develop sustainable solutions. Our skills and knowledge are transferred to our clients, leaving them with a solution they can own. You will focus mainly on working in capital improvement areas matching your previous experience and expertise, including:
• Detailed review of working capital cycles in a business
• Assessment of operational and management teams within an organisation, identifying skill gaps
• Financial analysis of opportunities for working capital reduction, within the context of the commercial requirements of business
• Prepare action plans to address opportunities
• Post-implementation review to monitor performance improvement
• Prepare client-ready reports
• Prepare and facilitate clients workshops and presentations

Yêu cầu công việc :

Job Requirements
• Strong project execution capabilities and relevant business sense
• 4+years of experience with Sales/Operations/Supply Chain/Project Management/Financial Planning and Analysis, Manufacturing Operations /Chairman or CEO’s Office executive/ business analyst in Consumer and Retail,Logistics/ Advisory is preferable
• Preferred Industry - FMCG- Consumer industry, Securities & Investments, Retail, Engineering & Construction, Logistics, Consulting.
• Skills - Financial and Operations qualitative and quantitative understanding, exposure to talking to Senior Level Management, Adaptable & Flexible, Bi-lingual (EN and VN), any certification preferable ( APICS, CSCP, PMP etc.).
• English language business writing and preparation of PowerPoint reports
• Big 4 background with external commercial finance experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and to travel (e.g. to Hanoi/Malaysia/regionally)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
