Mô tả công việc :

- Prepare tour programs and quotations;
- Provide comprehensive, individually tailored tour programs including price proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner;
- Answer clients request via email and phone before, during and after tours
- Coordinate clients’ itinerary reservation requirements;
- Areas of focus: cruise, tours and/ or air tickets

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Excellent English (all 4 skills)
- Friendly, good with teamwork, having a high sense of service is a must
- Experience in tourism or equivalent position a bonus
- Positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation, listening skills.
- Highly motivated and resilient, able to work under pressure and perform multi-tasking
- Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities.
