Mô tả công việc :

- To perform the day to day operation of inventory, fixed assets and general accounting function to ensure the month end report is properly done
- To perform the reconciliation of all balance sheets accounts for companies
- To perform the proper management of fixed assets and inventory (seeds, chemical, fertilizer, substrates and other tools and supplies), including but not limited to tagging, frequent physical counts and reconciliation
- To perform the surprise count when required
- To prepare the VAT, WHT, Invoice/Receipt and other tax reports. To assist CFO in preparation of CIT and PIT reports
- To prepare the required statistics reports required by Statistics Department and other report requests from local authorities
- To work with external auditors, tax and other government bodies in “in-charge” areas
- To do the financial reporting and analysis as required by CFO
- To follow up the proper management of tool kit and other production tools and supplies are performed by Technical and Production team
- To assist CFO in job module and job costing
- To assist CFO in preparation of Group reports when required
- Other tasks and duties assigned by CFO/General Director

Yêu cầu công việc :

*Knowledge
• Must be graduated with Accounting, Auditing or Corporate Finance from credited universities (4-year program is required for local study)
• Good at English
*Experiences
• At least 3-year experience in similar functions. Lesser experience is acceptable for potentially talented candidate
*Competencies required for the job
• Fast learner, eager to learn with “can do” attitude
• Customer and service oriented
• Must be honest and high level of integrity
• Good knowledge on common business and control processes
• Good knowledge of ERP is required. Navision RTC 2016 experience is an advantage but not compulsory
