Mô tả công việc :

Nissan Vietnam is expanding business in Vietnam, now we are looking for more talent candidates for these opening positions as below:
Accountant Officer
Checking and process payment
- Receiving payment of request from departments
- Checking to ensure all transactions are correctly, following SOP and Vietnam Accounting & Tax Law
- Obtain approval from BOD, making payment, follow up, ensure them done timely
- Filing and saving documents
Taxes and Loans
- Checking VAT, import tax, WHT, SCT, Summit tax reports on monthly basis and do other tasks related to tax
- Reconciling tax (SCT, import tax), account payable & account receivable of foreign suppliers
- Preparing and monitoring loans & other tasks related to banks
- Preparing monthly & quarterly reports and other reports (if any)
- Doing other ad hoc accounting & others departments (if any)
Recording on systems
- Recording transactions on accounting systems following Accounting standards
- Reconciling to find out booking mistakes and correct before closing system
PPE
- Collecting & saving documents, recording transactions relating to PPE
Other task requirement if required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Degree of Accounting and Finance
- 1-3 years of experiences
- Ability to work systematically, structured and detail oriented
- Drives continuous improvement
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Having good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility & team-spirit
