Mô tả công việc :

● Prepares the monthly and annual consolidation of statement of financial position, a statement of profit or loss and a statement of cash flow.
● Prepares year-end closing across Asia Pacific (Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand).
● Oversees accounting preparation and audit work for the Group
● Prepares monthly cost variance analysis
● Manage group accounts for presentation and review by the CEO.
● Manage sales and receivables, billing and collection cycle.
● Manage payables across APAC and Australia.
● Monitor and analyze cash flow.
● Manage all tax submissions to tax authority in each countries across APAC.
● Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting.
● Build, maintain and organize a clear document filing system (cloud based).
● Oversee and manage three junior accountants.
● Take the lead to contribute actively in business operations to assist our divisions in scaling and meeting our company targets.
● Collaborate with finance director on ad-hoc operational projects and company positioning.

Yêu cầu công việc :

● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
● 3-6 years of experience at similar position
● A global mindset and exposure is ideal
● Excellent level of English
● Flexible and adaptable to high pressure fast paced environments
● Love spreadsheets more than coffee
● Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment (E.g. G Suite, Xero)
● Highly accurate, punctual and detail-oriented
● Efficient and able to get things done, and loves solving problems
● Flexibility, willingness to learn and a can-do attitude are very important
● Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic mindset with great business acumen
● Startup experience is good start.
